February 2021 Real Estate Market Update - Peterborough Ontario

The Peterborough Real Estate market has reached a point where everyone is talking about it, which is normally never a great sign. Prices have reached new heights and are climbing at a pace that is hard to fathom.

In this months update I go over the basic statistics about inventory, days on market, list to sales price ratio, and average price, then spend the better portion of the video discussing whether or not I think these price gains are set to continue or if the market is set for a correction.
