Hope For Affordability Is Gone - Buckle Up For New Canadian Reality

If you only had enough food to feed 5 people in your fridge, would you find it responsible to invite 20 people over for dinner? If the answer to this seems obvious, then why does it sound like a good idea to set record breaking immigration targets when we have not been even been able to come close to meeting our housing needs for far lesser numbers, for many years prior?

The Canadian housing market has become a sickening sink or swim game of musical chairs, that has forced many Canadians to the mental and financial brink of destruction.

I have had far too many heart breaking conversations over the past several months in regards to the bleak reality that many of my friends, family, and clients are currently living under. If I am off the mark get carried away in any portion of this video I apologize, but felt the need to get some of these thoughts and observations off my chest.
